Who gets hired
- Background in IB, equity research, corporate finance or asset management
- Analyst, Associate or VP-level deal and modelling experience
- Uses tools like Rogo, Hebbia or Model ML
- Strong written and verbal communication
Pay
$150–220/hr, fully remote. How payouts and tax work.
