What the work is
You design realistic coding challenges for AI (feature work and bug fixes) and write deterministic checkers that accept valid solutions and reject the rest. Pay is per accepted task, shown as an hourly range, with a weekly minimum of submissions.
Who gets hired
- Strong backend experience in Java, Node.js, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Python or C++
- History of building scalable services and APIs
- Comfortable with debugging, performance work and automated tests
- Testing-strategy experience is a big plus
Pay
$30–100/hr, fully remote. How payouts and tax work.
