What the work is
We are looking for chemists to help train and evaluate AI models on chemical reasoning. You will design rigorous chemistry questions, review AI responses for scientific accuracy and chemical validity, and write reference responses.

Who gets hired
- PhD (or doctoral candidate or postdoc) in chemistry or a closely related field, or a Master's plus 4+ years of professional experience.
- Strong grounding in core subdisciplines (organic, inorganic, physical, analytical, computational).
- Excellent written English.
Pay
$50–150/hr, fully remote. How payouts and tax work.
