We are looking for civil engineering experts to help train and evaluate AI models. You will create realistic problems with reference answers, write grading rubrics, and compare model responses for technical correctness.

Who gets hired
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, plus a Master's/PhD or 4+ years of professional experience.
- Solid design or analysis experience in your discipline.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Pay
$70–115/hr, fully remote. How payouts and tax work.
